Wayne graduated from Gateway Community College with a degree in Business Management. He is nationally certified to install Segmental Retaining Walls and is a certified Pesticide Applicator.

Before joining Bella he worked 15 years as a landscape construction foreman supervising all types of projects. He operated his own snowplowing company for 12 years.
